These terms apply when you use DeepakPaswan.com (“the site”), which is run by Deepak Paswan (“I”, “me”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. This page is a website policy, not legal advice.
What the site offers
The site publishes blog articles, tutorials (some free, some paid), reviews, online tools, downloadable templates and assets (some free, some paid) and deals. Paid items are bought through the site checkout. Details of the purchase process are in the Digital Products & Downloads Terms.
Using the content
- Articles, tutorials, reviews and designs on the site are © Deepak Paswan unless a page says otherwise.
- You may read them, link to them and quote short excerpts with credit and a link back.
- Code examples in tutorials are there to be used in your own projects, unless a page states a different licence.
- You may not republish, resell or share full tutorials, paid content or paid downloads, or present them as your own.
- Templates and assets come with the licence stated on each asset page. That licence decides how you may use that asset.
Accounts
You need an account to see paid content you have bought and to download your purchases. Keep your login details private and give accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell me if you think it has been misused.
Purchases
Prices are shown on each item. A purchase gives you access only to the item you bought. Buying one tutorial or asset does not unlock others. Access is personal and may not be shared. Refunds and cancellations are covered in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Tools
The tools are provided as they are, for lawful use. Results are not guaranteed to be complete or correct, so check anything important yourself. Some tools are marked as paid and are available only to users who have access to them. Do not submit content you have no right to process, and do not submit anything harmful.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or other people’s rights using the site;
- try to break into the site, bypass paywalls, rate limits or CAPTCHA, or probe it for weaknesses;
- overload the site, or use bots or scripts to send automated requests to tools or forms;
- upload malicious files or code, or use a tool to attack or scan systems you do not own or have permission to test;
- copy the site in bulk, or resell its content or tools.
I may limit or end access to the site or to an account that breaks these rules.
Third-party links and affiliate links
The site links to other websites and products. I do not control them and am not responsible for them. Some links are affiliate links, explained in the Affiliate Disclosure.
No warranty
I work to keep the content accurate and up to date, but software changes quickly. Content, code, tools and downloads are provided “as is”, without promises about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Read the Disclaimer before relying on anything here, and test code and templates before using them on a live site.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the site, its content, tools or downloads. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have by law that cannot be removed, including consumer rights where you live.
Privacy and cookies
How the site handles personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law that applies where I operate, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If you have a problem, please contact me first so we can try to fix it.
